Parking

Lots open four hours before Cardinals kickoff and the venue is cashless, so bring a card. General (blue) parking is reached from Loop 101 via Glendale Avenue or Cardinals Way, while the preferred (red) lots can only be entered at Maryland Avenue and 95th Avenue. The stadium recommends prepaying through SeatGeek, and rideshare drop-off and pick-up is in the Black Lot south of the building.

Tailgating

Tailgating is allowed in the parking areas once they open, with a one-stall-per-group limit, above-ground tent weights and no saving of spaces. At Cardinals games the Sportsman's Park lots are reserved for game-day ticket holders, post-game tailgating is not allowed, and lots close one hour after the final whistle. The landscaped Great Lawn is part of the surrounding 25-acre park.

Good to know

  1. 01

The whole natural-grass field sits on one tray that rolls out of the stadium on 546 steel wheels, taking about 70 minutes to move in or out.

  2. 02

The retractable roof is translucent fabric, with each panel driven by eight cable drums.

  3. 03

The venue has hosted three Super Bowls: XLII (2008), XLIX (2015) and LVII (2023).
