Getting there

30 minby car from Jacksonville (JAX)

Most fans drive, but the Jaguars' free Farah & Farah Game Day Shuttle runs from Lot S, Lot X, Lot Z, Met Park and the Old Cypress lot for every 2026 home game, from three hours before kickoff until one hour after the final whistle (paused during the game). The off-site cash-lot options include a JTA GameDay Xpress and a St. Johns River Taxi. Post-game rideshare pickup is on Beaver Street near Lot Z, reached from the west-side gates.

Parking

Official stadium lots are sold on a digital pass in the Jaguars app, and passes for 2026 have sold out, so most visitors use nearby cash lots or the shuttle lots. Lots open four hours before kickoff, and the team urges arriving at least three hours early because construction affects traffic and walking routes. The Jaguars say total parking supply is unchanged from 2025 even though the bowl is much smaller.

Tailgating

Tailgating is limited to your own lined space and the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle, one car per space. Tents and canopies over 8 by 8 feet are not allowed in lined spaces, sound systems must stay reasonable, and drive lanes must stay clear. Tailgating is also allowed on the medians between lots.

Where to sit

In 2026 the upper deck (400 level), some 200-level corners and the north end zone spa deck and Sky Patio are closed, so the lower bowl and the Gallagher East and West Clubs are where the action is. The stadium points guests to the south end zone plaza level or Daily's Place for shade, a sign that the open bowl runs hot at day games. The renovation's transparent canopy, due for 2028, is designed to cut radiant heat in the seating area by 10 to 15 degrees.

Good to know

  1. 01

The stadium opened in 1995 as Jacksonville Municipal Stadium on the site of the old Gator Bowl, reusing parts of the earlier structure, and the Jaguars played their first home game there that season.

  2. 02

It hosted Super Bowl XXXIX in February 2005, when the Patriots beat the Eagles 24-21.

  3. 03

A 2014 renovation added two end zone video boards, each 362 feet long, billed at the time as the largest HD LED boards of their kind in the world.

Weather

Jacksonville is hot and humid early in the season, with the rainy season running through September, and conditions turn milder and drier from November. Bring sun protection for early-season day games, since shade inside the bowl is limited.
