Getting there
50 minby car from Boston Logan (BOS); also PVD 55 min
The MBTA runs special event commuter-rail trains to the stadium for Patriots games in 2026, from Boston and from Providence, stopping at Foxboro station; check the event guide for exact departure times. Uber and Lyft pick-up and drop-off is in Lot 15 near the CVS Health Gate, and taxis load in the same lot. Dropping people off along Route 1 is illegal.
Parking
General parking is free for Patriots games and sits on the opposite side of Route 1; stadium-side passes are for Season Ticket Members and are sold out for 2026. Lots open four hours before kickoff and close two hours after day games, or right after night games. The Be Paid to Park lots (45 and 55B) hand drivers a $50 Visa gift card in exchange for a 75-minute delayed exit, and the Foxboro Terminals lots at 208 North St are a 10-minute walk away.
Tailgating
Tailgating in the general lots can start as soon as they open. Fires must be in a movable, contained device, so open-flame fire pits are out, and grills cannot be left unattended or have coals left on the pavement. Kegs, outside catering, professional tailgates, box trucks, tow-behind trailers and personal portable toilets are all banned, and overnight parking is not allowed.
Where to sit
Premium seating is concentrated in the Cross Insurance Club, which runs the length of both sidelines and includes outdoor seats between midfield and the 20-yard lines. The north end zone has the Lighthouse and the 22,000-square-foot video board, and the upper concourse now connects east to west so it is easy to move around the 300 level.

- 02
The north end zone video board covers 22,000 square feet and is described as the largest outdoor curved-radius video board at a U.S. sports venue.
- 03
Robert Kraft paid for the whole stadium himself, a rare case of a privately financed NFL stadium.
