Getting there

15 minby car from Mineta San Jose (SJC); also OAK 45 min, SFO 50 min

The Levi's Stadium/Great America station on Stars and Stripes Drive is served by Capitol Corridor, and ACE has run special trains for 49ers home games. VTA light rail links the area to Caltrain at Mountain View, and VTA buses stop at Great America Parkway and Tasman Drive, roughly two blocks from the gates. Check each operator for current game-day schedules.

Parking

Lots open 3.5 hours before kickoff and close two hours after the game, with cashless payment and one space per pass. Pre-paid passes are recommended because credit-card lots on the day are limited and can cost more. Parking is directed by attendants, and some of the main lots have sold out, so private lots nearby or transit are the fallback.

Tailgating

Tailgaters are asked to take a single space, follow directed-parking instructions and keep music from being amplified. Season-ticket holders with prepaid Blue 1 or Green 1 passes can enter 60 minutes before gates open for the Early Entry Tailgate program. Groups should arrive together, because cars arriving separately cannot be guaranteed adjacent spaces.
