Getting there

45 minby car from Kansas City (MCI)

Arrowhead is part of the Truman Sports Complex on the eastern edge of Kansas City, next to Kauffman Stadium and near the I-70 and I-435 interchange. KCATA bus Route 47 is the transit link, but most fans arrive by car. The Chiefs publish gameday maps and a drop-off and pick-up page for rideshare.

Parking

Parking is in the Truman Sports Complex lots, for ticketed guests only. For Chiefs games, "open park" runs for the first 30 minutes after the gates open, steering early arrivals to Lots C, D, F or G; after that, cars are parked in order by pass. Fans may not stay in the lots once the game starts. Prices and gate times vary by game, so check the Chiefs' parking page for your matchup.

Tailgating

Tailgating is a long-standing tradition and is allowed in every Truman Sports Complex lot. Keep your whole setup, guests included, within eight feet behind your space, and keep the yellow-lined emergency lanes clear. Commercial setups and selling items are banned. For a hosted option, the Ford Tailgate District sits outside the Hy-Vee Gate at the west end of Lot M and along the stadium's north apron.
